Capital Title (Southfield, MI) is launching a new division under its umbrella, Get To Close Services.  “Over the last year, we’ve noticed a trend in the marketplace when it came to the availability of quality contract closers,” said Get to Close Manager, Lindsey Azelton. “Since the onset of the pandemic, the contract closer pool has been deeply gutted, with many staying home due to fear of contracting the virus, or the need to be home to supervise the virtual education of their children.”

Get to Close Services will meet the demand in the market, by training customer centric people to become highly sought-after closers with the goal of creating an exceptional client experience for both Realtors and Lenders.
