JASON SEAVER, ESQ. – V.P. of Commercial & New Construction
President, Tom Lico, announced a new division last week; Commercial and New Construction. This will be headed up by Jason Seaver, Esq.
Jason grew up in the industry with his father, Phil Seaver, as his mentor. He worked for Philip R. Seaver Title Company from a teenager, through its acquisition in 2009, and with it’s new parent organization until 2016. Most recently, Jason worked in private practice at Kemp Klein Law Firm in their real estate division focusing on commercial transactions and title curative work.
“Jason has vast experience in commercial and new construction, along with life long experience in our industry”, said company President, Tom Lico. He did his undergrad work at the University of Michigan and his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. “Jason will oversee this new division and will build his team as it grows. With growth comes opportunities – adding to the exciting times here at Capital Title.”
